Lana Grichanik

I have known Lana Grichanik as a realtor for the past 8 years and she has been a tremendous help to me and my family in helping us find both residential and commercial properties in Toronto. Lana is patient, a thorough expert in finding prime real estate and genuinely cares about finding the best value for her clients; while aligning their goals and needs as it pertains to investing. Lana is very hard working, provides honest feedback and information; and is a great resource to leverage in the GTA market!

Lana helped us to rent our first (and so far the only) condo in Toronto. Few months before moving to Canada she helped us understand the big picture and set up the expectations for the move. When we’ve arrived, Lana prepared list of suitable options and we spent almost the whole day with her visiting the premises. She is very professional and kind, answered tons of questions we had. Even year after we’ve moved in, Lana supports us with questions regarding the rental, live in Canada and everything :) I’m very grateful that we’ve found Lana and choose her as our realtor! Big thanks for your help!

We had the pleasure of working with Lana when buying our condo, selling our condo and buying our forever home. At all times she was very professional, quick, and accurate preparing our real estate documents and providing her expertise in this field. Her vast experience proved especially useful in today's hot market where there is no time to waste due to high volume of buyers, she made herself available throughout different hours of the day to schedule and show us properties, oftentimes last minute, giving us maximum opportunity to view as many properties as we needed to accommodate our wishes. From start to finish, she took us "by-the-hand" in all of our property deals, letting us know what is the next process and what to expect in the current market. What we also liked about Lana is that she wasn't pushy, she guided us throughout buying and selling properties while giving her honest opinion with the pros and cons, potential issues, and resale value in an unbiased manner while we made our decisions on the properties we have seen. She offered us choices of her trusted connections such us lawyers, home inspectors, stagers, and other relevant contacts that made our experience a positive one. We are simply ecstatic that we were able to get our dream house! All-in-all we couldn't be happier, thank you Lana for helping us and for the wonderful house warming gift(x2).

Lana Grichanik is an investor-focused realtor. She understands that her clients are looking not just for property but to be able to maximize their return on real estate. I have recommended Lana to many friends and all have praised her knowledge of the market and her solid work ethic.

And now my family and I are willing to recommend her.

We arrived in Canada in 2018 and it was challenging for us to find our first rental place in GTA, but we did it! I credit a lot of this to Lana's dedication and personal touch. I am happy to say that our rental experience was enjoyable and relatively stress-free. We will be working with Lana this year again and looking forward to it! Lana assisted our family with the rental of our apartment and the purchase of our first home. There are not enough words to describe her professionalism, dedication, knowledge within the industry and her personality. Lana has high integrity and is always keeping her clients’ best interests in mind. She did a great job of listening to our needs and did not waste time showing properties which did not meet our objectives.
