Lana Grichanik

I really value Lana's personal approach to the clients. She is very organized and experienced. I always tell my friends to contact Lana if they are interested in renting/buying and I truly think she is one of the best realtors in the GTA. Thank you Lana!

We have worked with a number of real estate agents over the years, yet no-one came close to the level of professionalism, deep knowledge of the market, passion for real estate and integrity as did Lana.  She understood what we were looking for and not only targeted the search to our needs, but also went above and beyond to provide specific building and neighbourhood information to enable us to get a fuller understanding of the properties we were looking at.  This resulted in us seeing a number of properties that came very close to our needs and expectations - and in short order, we found the unit that truly felt like home.  Lana assured us that she would find us THE unit - and she did!  And while the prospect of a bidding war felt overwhelming, she lent her support and expertise all along the way, to make the process as stress-free as possible.  And the best part: we knew that Lana was highly sought after, and before meeting her, we feared that our budget might exclude us from her "top clients" list, but from the moment we met, we were "sold" on Lana because at every step of the way, she made us feel important and valued. In short, Lana is the best real estate partner you can dream to get - and she has earned our trust and loyalty for life!  It was pure joy to work with Lana, and we'd do it again in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience with Lana. Best customer service we had in Canada. She was always available and ready to give an advise when we needed , even after 9pm. Whenever somebody ask us to recommend a real estate agent we will gladly recommend her.

When I first called Lana, she told me not to worry about anything and that we will find the unit that we are going to call home. She was so confident and easy to talk to which made me relax and trust her right away. Next thing you know we got the unit which I fell in love with. Lana helped us not only to win the multiple offers war but also to go throughout the whole process of getting the keys to the unit. The best word to describe Lana is PROFESSIONALISM, she cares ONLY about her clients and their needs. She knows the market, real estate trends and most important she knows how to make her clients happy. I totally recommend Lana as your real estate FRIEND!!!

The best Realtor! Help my family to find a new home! Fast, professional and with best quality!

Me and my husband had the pleasure for working with Lana when we needed to rent our condo. This is our second experience with Lana and we want to confirm that from start to finish she was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional. We are looking forward to the opportunity to work with her and her team again. We would highly recommend Lana to anyone that is searching for a new home or rental a property.

Lana was absolutely incredible. I mentioned to her several times that this was the fastest and most professional service I have experienced when it came to finding an apartment. She was incredibly responsive and very helpful when it came to showing me properties, managing my documents and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I am so happy to have done business with her and can't recommend her enough.

Lana is an incredible agent to work with. She helped me find a home quickly and made the impossible happen. If there's one agent to trust, it's Lana.

Lana is highly recommended professional. We arrived in Canada in a middle of pandemic and had only 2 weeks to find a new Home. Lana helped us to arrange viewings, communicate with landlords and get the paperwork done. Always in time, 100% reliable with years of experience. Thank you again, Lana!

Able, Reliable, Prompt and Effective. Highly Professional and Knowllegable of the Real Estate Market

I only have positive things to say about Lana. She helped me find and purchase my first two condos. She's patient, professional, knowledge, courteous, thoughtful and just great to be around overall. She took the time to look for places in my price range and preferred neighbourhoods, she presented the pros and cons for all options and gave her opinion. She really does her research before presenting options to go see. I've already learned a lot from her and been inspired by her commitment to excellence. I highly recommend Lana if you're looking for a real estate agent.

Lana provides very helpful and valuable advice on pretty much everything realty related. Working with her was easy, since essentially all you have to do is discuss pricing with her, and sign a few things. She takes care of everything else! She is knowledgeable, experienced and professional.

I was recommended Lana as one of the best realtors in Toronto. My expectations were met 100%. Lana spent 3 weeks with us looking for an apartment. She is well knows in the districts of Toronto, can give advice based on your desire. She defended our interests, was able to ensure that the landlord did not take a damage deposit. Lana is attentive, courteous and professional. She was able to charm our children. My family and I highly recommend Lana and her team!

Lana is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, helpful and much more who cares a lot about her clients' needs. I had the best real estate experience with her and highly recommend her.

Lana is great!! With her help you will get your dream home! She replied to all the messages we sent her (even if it was late), always answered all the questions. She is very professional and it’s a pleasure to work with her.

With Lana we got the apt of our dream. We changed several realtors, because we only received refusals with them due to incorrectly completed documents or due to a late response. But Lana is a realtor who will do everything right, will answer you 24/7 and will also fight for you till the end. You can trust her 100%.

Lana helped us with 3 moves, including the original one from Europe. She’s more than just a realtor - she becomes an advisor! She knows about schools, new subdivisions, any other developments in the area. She shares her opinion and suggestions without being pushy or overwhelming - at the end of the day it’s YOUR decision. She’s also an amazing negotiator. But above all I have NEVER met anyone more hardworking than Lana. Nothing is too much trouble. She leaves no stone unturned. I would trust her 100% with all questions real estate. She also has an amazing network of inspectors, mortgage advisors etc. Everything is taken care of and knowing Lana, you know the rest of the team will be top professionals too. Highly, highly recommended!

I will be short but exact. Lana is a true professional! Lana loves what she does and always puts customer satisfaction first. She is an expert in her field and it is always been a pleasure working with her. If you came to Lana, it only means one thing - the job will be done successfully and you will definitely find what you were looking for!

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to our realtor Mrs. Lana Grichanik for her professionalism and expertise, as well as for excellent client-focused approach. We had moved to Toronto right before the first lockdown was introduced in 2020, and I think we were very lucky to find a wonderful spacious bright apartment in a new condo building in North York close to the subway station for a very decent price. We have visited a lot of apartments in search of a perfect one, and Lana was very patient, considerate and supportive. We were new immigrants in Canada with no credit score history, and Lana negotiated effectively with our potential landlords so that we could have different choices to chose from and we didn’t feel pressured or constrained by this fact. Also, one year later, at the time of pandemic and falling rent prices, Lana helped us to negotiate with our landlord to reduce our monthly rent, which was really nice and thoughtful (even more than we could expect!). I would not hesitate to recommend real estate services of Mrs. Lana Grichanik to anyone else - she is attentive, reliable and extremely easy-going.

Very professional! Lana is punctual and polite. With her, we rented our first house in Toronto. We received the highest level of service. The next time we bought our beautiful home with Lana, where she patiently and competently explained every step to us. I highly recommend Lana Grichanik to all my friends and family.

Lana is an exceptional realtor, she is extremely hard working, diligent and really knows the market. nothing is ever too much to ask, she is happy to help her clients no matter what. Lana helped us secure our first rental when we moved to Canada, she is simply amazing.

Lana is a highly professional real estate agent. She helped my family to find our first condo for rent in Toronto. We get a great apartment that we love for a very affordable price. We had lots of questions about the documents and the lease process. However, Lana was incredibly kind and patient in answering all of them. We are sure that when we are ready to buy a property, we will choose Lana to help us with that too. We can recommend her without any hesitation as the best real estate agent!
