Joel was recommended by our local real estate agent as we planned an unexpected move to Calgary. He was an absolute professional with prompt and courteous service, very responsive to our needs and requests, and his knowledge and experience was inherent in every step we took. What I have to emphasize is that Joel went way over and beyond our expectations of what a real estate agent could provide. As we navigated the house hunting from afar in Calgary's hot housing market then went through process of bidding war, the inspection, discussions with builder and followups to that, monitoring the transitions process and even taking possession and taking care of it until we were able to arrive - Joel was calm, kind, supportive and helpful. He made a very stress prone process manageable and we know we would not be in this beautiful new home of ours without his presence. When we walked into the home for first time, Joel and his associates had very carefully curated and presented home warming presents that really touched our hearts. Joel has been our realtor for over 11 years. Most recently we decided to downsize and move into a downtown condo. The counsel and interaction was amazing. Joel and his team were invaluable in helping me relocate from Calgary back to Ontario. Joel gave me the best advice; making sure I was getting the highest price for my property but also helping me understand the rapidly changing market as well.
