We recently bought a home and Darren was very professional, personable and understanding as he helped us through the negotiation process. We then put our home up for sale and received 2 offers just 2 days after the for sale sign went up, one being above the asking price! Like everyone, life seems to get a little crazy and busy. When I decided that I was purchasing a home in Lethbridge I had my granddaughter do the groundwork and find the realtor. This is a long overdue review but I'd just like to share my experience with Tyler and his team, we took possession of our home on Nov 4th 2016 and are well settled in now. I have to give a big thanks to Kassi Iwaasa for all her help searching and taking the time to show me numerous homes, she knew exactly what I was looking in terms of location, price and yard space. It was nice to know that someone was searching just as hard as I was for that perfect house, so when the one showed up it was actually Kassi that came across it and booked a showing. Without having that second set of eyes searching all the listings, this house could have easily been snatched up by other buyers etc. Now our family is enjoying living on the south side close to parks and all other amenities, also being closer to our jobs has been awesome. So again that you Kassi, Tyler and team for all the work you put in :)
