In the past three years, our families have sold and purchased seven homes, all through the Martineau advantage. Each and every interaction with the Martineau team has been professional and supportive toward getting us to where we want to be. Our homes all sold very quickly, including the last house during the covid-19 pandemic. We were sceptical that we would have any luck selling during this troubling time, but our real estate team went to work and made it happen! We had an offer on our house, and in our research, found a great house in Lethbridge. We contacted Darren Gugyelka and arranged a showing, which went very well. We were not living in Lethbridge at the time, so we flew in. Darren was kind enough to drive us to a couple of showings while we were in town, and drop us off at our Airbnb. We were very grateful for that, not really knowing Lethbridge very well. We ended up making an offer on the property through Darren. However, the offer on our house for sale fell through, so the deal fell apart. Weeks later we had another offer on our house, which was successful. However, by that time we had found a property even more suitable to our needs, but it happens to be in Red Deer, and our offer was accepted and finalized. Had the property been in Lethbridge, we would have used Darren as our Realtor in a heartbeat! Darren communicated very well via phone and email through the entire time we've known him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in Real Estate, particularly in Lethbridge. He empathizes and relates very well, whether things go well or not. He is also honest and only acts in his client's best interest. We highly recommend his services!

Heather and I are very happy with our decision to go with Darren Gugyelka of the Martineau Advantage to sell our rental home.
