Five stars is not enough. Carmen Brewerton did an amazing job throughout all steps that lead us to the purchase of the perfect home for our family. I think my favorite aspect of working with Carmen is she took the time to educate us through the whole process. As a first time home buyer it was very helpful to learn what types of things to look for in a home, the neighborhood, and what elements would make it good for resale if there was a need to in the future. This was super helpful because I felt I could make a better personal judgement call on the homes of interest instead of blindly accepting that this would be a good place to buy because my realtor said so. When it came to the purchasing process Carmen did such a great job explaining everything and making sure every detail was covered despite it being a quick deadline. Added bonuses for working with Carmen is she was incredibly organized, detail oriented, genuine, and truly cares that you find the right place and that you have a good experience during the process. Extra star points for managing the whole process during an incredibly busy personal time and she never made us feel like a burden.

Carmen from Remax is amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor. If there was a house we wanted see she would make it happen the next day. If we were looking for a house with must haves such as a garage or an on suit bathroom she made it happen. The sad thing is now that we have our new house we won’t see her anymore, but her other clients or new clients are so lucky to have her on their side. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Remax and Carmen.

I can only speak about my experience with Carmen. Carmen showed great patience with me as we looked for many months to try to find the right property. In each place we looked Carmen maintained a positive critical eye on the pluses and minuses of each property. Because she works for the buyer she is capable of expressing her perspective on properties with the buyer in mind. There were times we looked at homes and we were only there a few minutes when she would turn to me and say this is not the place let’s go. when we found the right place she was a capable negotiator and a tremendous support in closing the deal.
