Tyler knows the market well and takes time to review it with clients. He appears more interested in getting you a fair price, verses just making a quick sale. With that said, his negotiating skills earned me almost full asking price on the first day.

I contact the Martineau Advantage in March of this year, Tyler came by, looked over the house, yard and then sat down with me. Yea, your thinking, ok, typical realtor process, look it over, give you a ball park quote … what do you think??
