Real estate business is a natural evolution of my life.
One of my first job ever was being the driver for a top Realtor that I know - my mother. She was also an interior designer and renovation contractor. I witnessed the value created by working smart and working hard on a property.
Every job before and after my graduation from SFU Business Administration has always been sales related: from household product, to telecommunication, to advertising services, to financial services, and now real estate. Effective communication to gain trust with a customer.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was a Certified Financial Planner specialized in personal tax planning and wealth creation. Experience from personal finance translates well into real estate as both services require a seamless combination between technical understanding of a multi-dimensional product as well as handling emotions in decision making. With a financial background, I see every property as an investment, thus an accurate valuation on a property is crucial in every buying or selling situation.
I have a personal interest in understanding how communities grow and decline. From reading and traveling, I gain a long term perspective on real estate sustainability. I have a sincere interest in my work everyday as we are part of what is shaping our communities for the future.
