Denny Fok*

Denny is extremely professional and well-informed, with an excellent grasp of the market. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and is always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend him.

Working with Denny was the right choice! He helped us sell and buy with ease, taking all the stress off our shoulders. Highly recommend Denny to anyone looking for a top-tier real estate professional!

Denny is very professional and reliable. He gave me a lot of helpful and practical advice regarding rental matters. His insights were clear and thoughtful, and I felt very supported throughout. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for rental advice.

Denny was the property agent at a home where we were the renters. Though we were not his clients, he always treated us as if we also mattered. He was thorough, proactive, and kind. He clearly honoured our landlords while caring for us, and managed to walk what one might assume is a tricky tension between Landlord and tenant. I would highly recommend Denny in any professional setting.

I had the privilege to work with Denny as he represented his buyers for a new townhome in Mt Pleasant that I represented. He was looking out for the interest of his buyers at all times while being very understanding and courteous throughout the process. A true gentlemen.

Denny was our listing agent and his service far exceeded our expectation. More importantly, Denny is approachable, genuine, and generously helpful in the whole process. He has our best interest at heart and guided us at every step. His professionalism and advice gave us the peace of mind and made the process so much easier for us. If you are looking for an outstanding realtor who delivers results, do yourself a favour by getting an appointment with Denny. You will not regret it.

Great experience working with Denny! He is very hands on and helped us change light fixtures, patch wall, and take garbage to donation. He even drew up a new floor plan to show prospect buyers how they could add value to the house by adding a mortgage helper. I dont think we could have sold the house so quickly without Denny!

Denny is nice and helpful. He really did a lot to prepare the room in good condition before I moved in.

I had the pleasure of working with Denny on a deal in Port Coquitlam. He was always responsive and quick to solve any issues. My clients were concerned about a deficiency after possession and Denny helped to fix it and put my clients' minds at ease. Thank you, Denny!

I am not one to usually write a review but when individuals go above and beyond and sincerely care about their work and customers, they should know and be recognized. Denny has been our realtor both when we had to sell and when we had to purchase. We are currently going through the buying and selling once again and time after time, Denny has consistently demonstrated exceptional service. He is punctual, professional, yet he is also caring and takes the time to listen to his customer’s needs and wants. I am unfamiliar with numbers and the market (I don’t work in a field that is connected to any of these things) and because of this, I will ask many, what I call “dumb questions,” to make sense of what is happening. Denny always provides his honest and non biased opinions and will take his time to research in order to provide you with facts so that you can make the decision that best suits you. He doesn’t talk down to you because of the questions but takes the time to listen and answer. He is not pushy or tries to talk you into things. He is not a realtor that just aims to do business. He is someone who truly cares about his customers and how to help them and a professional who truly enjoys his work. So appreciative and fortunate to have Denny as our realtor. And if you are reading this and searching for a realtor, we would definitely recommend Denny!

Denny was a fantastic realtor for us when searching for our first home. He went above and beyond in setting up appointments for viewings, guiding us through the process of making the offer and everything that goes with that, and ensuring that we got a great deal by always putting our best interests first. We are extremely grateful for all of Denny's hard work and availability to answer all of our questions. Would highly recommend Denny as your realtor!

We had a fantastic experience working with Denny. He is incredibly professional and patient, always taking the time to explain things clearly. What stood out the most was his no-pressure approach. Instead of pushing us into a decision, he offered honest opinions and prioritized finding a home that truly fit our budget and lifestyle. His background in finance was an added bonus, giving us confidence in making well-informed choices. We highly recommend Denny to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy realtor!

I have a great experience working with Denny and Steve. Selling and buying a property at the same time is very stressful. Time is crucial, and Denny and Steve did a great job managing both transactions. With their efforts, my home was sold within a week after open house. Denny’s expertise in the market is exceptional. He provided detailed analyst on market trends. I was impressed with the level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. Denny is very resourceful; whenever the needs arise, he tried his best to point me in the right people and direction. Steve is excellent. He is always very helpful and willing to work around my schedule. The night before completion, the packing was crazy. I am so grateful to Steve for being so kind and wiling to come in later to give me more time to pack, and he even helped pick up some leftover items and transport them to my new place. Denny and Steve were great in communicating. They promptly answer messages. Their services are efficient and punctual. Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic thinking and friendliness made the entire process so much smoother. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. The support provided by Denny and Steve extends beyond just transactions. Their energy made what could otherwise be a chaotic purchase process simple. They even provide boxes for my packing.
