I finally got around to writing this review — and let me tell you how awesome Sara is! I had listed my condo for sale maybe three times over the past four years with no luck. But in early fall of 2024, I decided to reach out to Sara after she successfully helped my friend sell their condo. As we all know, the Edmonton condo market can be tough, but Sara came in with a clear, honest opinion on pricing and strategy. I took her advice on the listing price, and even though we had a few showings at first, I was dealing with a difficult tenant who kept canceling or declining showings during the first two months. Once that tenant was out, things turned around — we started getting more showings, and eventually, the condo sold! Sara was patient, professional, and truly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be using her again when I’m ready to buy or sell in the future.

Her team handled all the paperwork seamlessly, keeping us updated at every step so we never felt lost. Even the lawyer she referred us to was fantastic.
