I recently used Jesse to help us buy a McKenzie Lake home. In a sale that was had nothing normal about, Jesse's expertise was vital. We purchased a home that was in judicial sale (not 100% recommended lol). It had tenants occupying it that weren't cooperative at all. We weren't even allowed to see the home because the tenants used Covid as an excuse. This is where Jesse's work ethic and experience payed off for us. He used his contacts to dig up as many pictures and info on the property as possible. Jesse was able to set meetings with previous listing agents whos testimonies were vital in us being comfortable to make an offer. Jesse represented us in the court with extreme professionalism and class. Jesse also a vast list of contacts. Excellent Service! We wanted to buy a property in Calgary as I needed to move for work. Due to COVID, timing and not wanting to move multiple times, we decided to buy a property (remotely). Admittedly I did have reservations on doing this. I looked on google for an agent. Jesse was amazing. He helped us find a place remotely, doing virtual tours, making sure we got a really good idea of any potential issues and giving us detailed information on each property and area. Right up to closing, he was diligent in making sure any issues and fixes were addressed. I cant recommend him enough, we are really happy with his help and have a wonderful home.
