We hired Jesse Davies to sell our Calgary condo expecting professional representation. Instead, we ended up doing most of the work ourselves—while paying full commission. We sourced the comparables, recommended the pricing, prepared the condo documentation (in a self-managed building), and corrected multiple errors in contracts. There was minimal support, minimal strategy, and little proactive communication. In every key moment, we had to push the process forward ourselves. One example: the lockbox was removed without a coordinated plan, and the key was left “hidden” without telling us where. We had to find it ourselves—on the ground-level patio. That misstep disrupted the buyer’s walkthrough and complicated possession-day logistics. We brought these concerns directly to Jesse and his brokerage. No resolution. No response. I’m sharing this not out of bitterness, but to inform others. If you’re expecting full-service real estate representation, ask careful questions before you sign.

We had never sold a home in Calgary (or Canada before). So we began the journey ‘blind’ when it came to choosing a realtor to help us sell our home in Cranston, Riverstone. In the unlikely event that we ever have to move again, I would not use nor recommend Jesse's services to anyone. I can't reasonably give less than a 3, though I want to give a 2/5. The good: - house sold quickly for more than we paid for it (but maybe more due to the market) - we got a new place quickly (no home inspection, and even though home inspections are a verified joke, we should AT LEAST have had a second walkthrough in the conditions) - Puneet was great! - got some gifts at the end... yay? 🤷🏻‍♀️ The bad: - he (FYI, anytime I say "he" with no name, it's Jesse) didn't like having to do one tiny extra bit of work to get us something we needed (it was just a small request, nothing crazy), and he only begrudgingly responded to one of us after the second contact made around ~24hrs later - Puneet pretty much did all the legwork and took us around to look at places; Jesse only showed up in person at the beginning before we listed our house and at the end when we were moving into our new place, and in phone calls/texts/emails in between, which would be totally fine if not for the whole "can't be bothered" vibe he gave pretty much the whole time - he ignored the obvious considerations that he was made aware of well in advance, such as one of us working from home, pets, and, I dunno, giving us ANY notice that our place was being listed... we found out the same day it was listed, only hours before, and only because we asked. we had to then remove ourselves and our pets on short notice for home viewings. not cool Good sales strategies, pretty bad customer service. Please take it as a lesson and don't try to call me or discredit this review. I'm not removing it.
