You are probably wondering why you only see 5 star reviews and thinking to yourself, are these reviews all actually real? Yes they absolutely are. Ben is very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. The current covid market has become a little bit unpredictable and very fast paced with extremely limited inventory in our price range. Ben was ready to jump at anything that peaked our interest right away. Most the time I felt like I was his only client as to how much focus he put in our interests. Upon taking us on what seemed like numerous property walk throughs (we were quite picky), he was quick to point out things of interest right away. He was thorough, funny and very personable. As a first time home buyer, you aren't quite sure what you need in a realtor. Ben is all those things you don't even think about. His knowledge base is extensive and will aid you in making the right purchase. I cannot recommend Ben enough, trust me, you will be left in good hands. Solid 10/10.

We have had the pleasure of working with Ben on several sales and purchases over the past 7 years. We have always had a *fantastic* experience. Ben is honest and candid, extremely knowledgeable and an expert negotiator. He is extremely responsive to questions and concerns. He is also one of the nicest, funniest people you could meet which is a welcome bonus to the often stressful process of buying/ selling property. Most recently, Ben sold our starter home twice with competing offers both times (the first sale fell through on the buyer's side due to reasons out of Ben's or our control). We ended up recieving over list price on the second sale and Ben negotiated a fast close date to allow us to get into our new home as soon as possible (less than two weeks from condition removal!) There are countless choices when it comes to real estate agents in the Calgary area but I can guarantee, from my numerous first hand experiences, you will be in very capable and skilled hands having Ben represent you. We look forward to continuing to work with Ben in the future (although since the house he recently landed us is our dream home, that may be a ways down the road.) :-)
