They scheduled a "get to know" meeting and broadcasted a few homes to get a taste of what we're looking for. The viewings were convenient and so was the process. For other things, such as lawyers, brokers, and document reviewers, Jamie also recommended some of the best in the team to take care of that for us. He also told us what to look out for, like the date of the homes, the neighbors, anything that might need to be replaced, etc. And what's amazing is the team was just as happy as we were to find our new home. The house we got needed board approval for 2 cats, more information on an appliance, processes for any renovations, and a few jumps to work with lenders and the seller.
