I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob as my realtor, and I can say without hesitation that he did an excellent job helping my partner and I buy our first house. Rob's amazing communication skills really stood out to us - he was always available to talk to us, and he kept us updated every step of the way throughout the buying process. Whether we had questions about the multiple offers we put in, to bigger legal questions or just small questions about the whole process, Rob was quick to respond and always happy to help. One thing that really impressed us about Rob was his willingness to go above and beyond for us and the amount of countless hours he puts in behind the scenes . He seemed to genuinely care about finding us the perfect home, and he was willing to put in extra effort to make that happen. We really appreciated his dedication and his willingness to do whatever it takes to help us out. From talking to multiple agents, lawyers, contractors and consulting his own team on our behalf he is always willing to do the work and put in the effort. Another thing that impressed us about Rob was his knowledge about a variety of different properties. We changed our minds about our ideal property type from a new build townhouse, to pre-build townhouse, to a duplex and then finally to a single family home. Rob stuck with us through it all for the entire 8 month process and was knowledgeable about every single property type. We went to probably over 20 house showings with him and he had great professional input on all of them. Rob also works as part of a knowledgeable team, which was a real asset for us. He was able to tap into the expertise of his colleagues to help us with everything from financing, legal advice, construction and home inspections. We really appreciated having access to this wider network of resources. Finally, we were really impressed with Rob's ability to get us showings. We saw many different properties, and Rob was able to schedule a number of different showings for us immediately. He was always on top of the latest listings, and he was able to get us in to see the properties we were most interested in right away already having done his homework about the property and being well prepared. Overall, we would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and communicative realtor.
