It’s not often I take the time to write a review, but after working with Jennifer Williamson of Nyrose and Associates to purchase our new home, I felt compelled to share. We had a short time frame and a long list of expectaions with no knowledge of the Kelowna area. Jennifer was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire buying process. I felt she went out of her way to help us find our perfect Kelowna home. She was always available and very quick to respond to our calls and messages and worked with us tirelessly including over a holiday weekend (with a 4 year old in tow) to show us potential homes. We were lucky enough to be introduced to Jen & Darcy of Nyrose & Associates back in 2013 when we were looking to purchase our first home in Kelowna, after moving to the area. We weren't the easiest of clients, having to come up to speed on a new market in a hurry. Jen was patient and most importantly listened to our feedback as we literally looked at every available property in a short period of time. We found the perfect spot to call home for 5 years, loving every moment and often remarking about how lucky we were to have found it. When we recently made a move away from Kelowna, there was no question about who we would list with. Darcy and Jen were quick to reply, set things in motion and getting our listing up and running with thorough detail. During a period of uncertainty in the market with the foreign buyer tax changes and changing market conditions, they kept us appraised of the real estate landscape and action. We had to leave our home empty as we had a tight timeline for new employment and Darcy was our savior, regularly checking on our place, even cleaning the pool and running by with the lawn mower when needed. Nyrose & Associates kept regular and valuable reporting coming our way from potential buyer feedback along the way, and within 2 months our house was sold at a time when many properties sat on the market much longer.
