I was referred to Navid through a friend whose opinion I value, and worked with him to secure my first home purchase. Going into the experience, I knew very little about the ins-and-outs of the home buying process. Navid was concise, dedicated, and demonstrated a good understanding of the game through it all. I contacted Navid after finding an ideal condo that I wanted to pull the trigger on. Navid helped me assess the property and where it stood amongst other similar listings. Within a day, we got an offer together and had it sent in. Within a week, we had an accepted offer. I was extremely impressed with how quick Navid was to respond to questions and get things done. If he was not as diligent as he was, we would not have secured the condo (there was a higher accepted offer that came in a couple days after our acceptance). Navid brings a youthful zest to the table, but also a wealth of experience that He's able to communicate effectively. I'm certain he will continue establishing himself as a key player in Vancouver Real Estate.
