We came into the real estate process not knowing what to expect. On our first meeting Navid took his time to explain in detail each step of the process, from viewing to closing, and made it clear what was expected of us on each step. He also encouraged us to write down our needs, wants, don’t wants, and deal breakers, which helped us quickly determine the pros and cons of each viewing. Navid also uses an automated system to send out listings daily which meant that everyday we could easily flag properties we wanted to see, allowing us to be amongst the first in for viewings. Less than a month into the process, we were able to find a condo that we loved, and Navid negotiated us a very favourable price. He continued to navigate us through the inspection and strata documentation, to ensure there weren’t any issues in there. Navid did an excellent job, and got us a great condo for less than we expected.

I was introduced to Navid through a trusted friend recently. I was very impressed that Navid contacted me right away and arranged a meeting in which he explained the A to Z of buying a home. As a new immigrant to Canada, it was very important to me to understand the full procedure of how to purchase real estate here in Vancouver. Navid and I viewed well over 70 properties in only 3 weeks, he dedicated a lot of time to make sure I knew what all my options were. He continuously exceeded my expectations and was always made the time to answer all my inquiries. After I had narrowed down my choices to two, Navid made arrangements for me to view each property 3 times and patiently helped me to weight out their pros and cons to help me be confident about my final decision! Once I made up my mind, Navid drafted the offer only a few short hours later, and the negotiation started. This unit was being sold through the developer, and traditionally, they had never allowed any discounts on any of the previously sold units. However, Navid, with his great knowledge of the market and negotiation skills, managed to get a discount that was pretty impressive! The one difference with Navid is that after the deal is closed, he is still available to answer all my questions and I can rely on him. Overall, I am very happy about Navid’s professionalism, Real Estate Knowledge, patience, and respect he has for his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking for great results!
