I connected with Michael of PR Properties by chance, he was the first realtor to reach out to me when I started browsing properties. He wasn't pushy and I found him to be really helpful right from the beginning. I wasn't expecting anything to actually work out, to be able to find something in my budget in my preferred neighbourhood but Michael was really confident and assuring that we would definitely find something. I felt like I was a valued client of Michael's and am really happy I found him. One of the things that stood out was his punctuality. The whole buying ordeal is stressful enough, it's helpful when your realtor cares enough to be on time and to respond timely to messages. Where to start... Chris and Michael from the very beginning made my wife and I feel like we were their number one priority. They engaged quickly with us after we reached out and were very honest and upfront about expectations going into the home selling/buying process. At their recommendation we used a stager to get our home in tip top shape for showings, which would later pay huge dividends... The quick action to get a photographer (who took some of the nicest photos i've seen of a home) and all the other pieces needed to list all came together in less than two weeks. They marketed our unit SO WELL that we were sold out of available showing slots for our first weekend. It resulted in a multiple offer situation which gained us record breaking sale price for our building! They jumped into action for the purchase by booking showings immediately after and then fought for us and gave us incredible advice when making our offer on our dream home, which we got! They were always available for us and truly made us feel like we were their only clients, even though I know that certainly isn't true! Chris and Mike bring a personal touch along with their professionalism and they truly do work hard for their clients. I will be a PR Properties client for life and I truly recommend them to any and EVERYONE!

As a new permanent resident in Canada I was the search for my first home with my husband, and both Chris & Michael were exceptional at making the search as painless as possible. Our experience with Michael and Chris was awesome. They were there for us during the pandemic lockdown which was definitely a learning curve for all of us. I needed efficiency and flexibility with my first purchase and PR Properties delivered! I'm in the aviation industry, so late evening phone calls or slow responses are common, but Chris and Michael were super accommodating and understanding and worked with my schedule. I had found the perfect place and needed to move quickly. Chris called me after my initial inquiry, and 1 week later, I had my condo! They also made great recommendations for mortgage brokers, inspectors and lawyers, which was essential for my family and I as they are back East and I'm alone out West. It’s almost a year since my husband and I bought our first home in BC. Needless to say, I am super happy with the house and the community. The process was made easy, stress free and professional, thanks to our excellent realtor Chris Pearce. It was in August 2019 we approached Chris with the idea of buying a house. We were clear on our budget, must-haves and possible locations. Chris personalised a website based on our criteria and we visited quiet a few open houses. In late November, Chris took us to this property we had narrowed down on the website and that was pretty much it. The next steps were a jiffy and Chris put us at such ease. Our offer was accepted in two days and Chris made sure that we read the offer and it’s terms carefully. We had the keys to the house within 15 days of the offer being accepted and the process could not have been easier. My wife and I were new to Canada and were looking to buy our first house. Here is our story: We first met with Chris in late August 2019 to discuss potential property options as first time home buyers. Chris was friendly and quickly got us started on viewing properties.
