Wonderful experience with Kim. I was selling my sister’s place, as she had recently passed, but I lived out of town. Kim went out of her way to help, and take on tasks that I couldn’t do, because I was out of town. She took care of tasks, and helped with contractors along the way. Things that are not part of the scope of the real estate agent. A LOT of the work she helped with were things that would have taken me 2-3x longer without her help.
