Wonderful experience with Kim. I was selling my sister’s place, as she had recently passed, but I lived out of town. Kim went out of her way to help, and take on tasks that I couldn’t do, because I was out of town. She took care of tasks, and helped with contractors along the way. She made the entire process very easy for me, as a first time buyer I had many questions and she was very knowledgeable and professional. During the pre-move in inspection Reiko helped us look for deficiencies and was there on move in day to ensure that everything went smoothly for us moving into the new place.
