She made the entire process very easy for me, as a first time buyer I had many questions and she was very knowledgeable and professional. When it was crunch time to submit an offer and get the deal done, Reiko was there every step of the way and made sure all the paper work was reviewed and completed correctly. During the pre-move in inspection Reiko helped us look for deficiencies and was there on move in day to ensure that everything went smoothly for us moving into the new place. They even provided a pre-moving check list to make sure we had everything ready and provided the perfect little move in kit full of supplies that we made use of while moving in and building our furniture on the first day.
