Charley's exceptional ability to strategize and negotiate allowed him to sell our home over asking, and to be able to purchase our new property with a good expected amount left over in savings once the dust settles. They both work very hard and the results from years of experience show themselves admirably and consistently in both times we've done business with him. Just wanted to share our experience with Pospischil Realty! From the outset, we found Marty and his great team provided us with good communication and results!! Always, they gave us clear, concise information. They were good listeners, including accommodating our Covid concerns! The results speak for themselves!! I would like to give a big thanks to Charley Lee. Being new to Vancouver, I had a very limited understanding of the area's real estate market. Meeting Charley was the game changer for my wife and I. With vast and deep knowledge about the market, Charley helped us identify and narrow down the targets that are within our budget and needs. He gave the confidence we needed during a hot market and rightfully so. Every questions were answered thoroughly even during a late night and during a weekend. Charley was on top of every step of the process. He does the due diligence to be trustworthy and credible for every word he says. This really put us to have a peace of mind and ironed down what could be a complicated process to look simple. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charley for anyone buying a property, and I will most definitely be working with him if I were to sell / buy another property.

As at Date Initially Noted: Just had a chat with Adam Pospischil. Personally speaking, very unhelpful as to my query put forth, which was a general query to book an appointment for a viewing. Bottom line, not impressed at all. Patch up. I would recommend reaching out to another agency whom do not conduct their mannerisms based on how lucrative the situation may be, or not. Update as at Wednesday July 28th 2021: My colleague received a phone call today at 12:53PM from the following number: 604-***-1224. The caller was male sounding, and said their name was Marty Pospis***l (approximated spelling). During the (incoming) call today, a verbal threat was posed asking that the reviewer of this thread remove the review within 24 hours, or legal action will be taken, and the reviewer will be “tracked down”. Thankfully, my colleague whom picked up the call is a seasoned professional within the legal industry, and asked permission that the call be recorded, permission was granted by the caller. The number that was called, is actually a shared line that is used for international and domestic out-calling, hence the rapid recording of the phone call. I just so happened to use that line when I initially called to speak with Adam, per my review above, within the last two days, and the incoming phone call came in within 24 hours of me initially posting this Google review. My colleague now has a recording of that entire phone call, as per permission granted. I was only just forwarded details of this call, hence my update today. My “presumption” is that this was a legitimate caller, whom “may” very well have affiliation with the Company, whom is “potentially” sour about the honest review I have posted. I am absolutely disgusted by this action, and have gladly relayed it to my advisor, as a threat was clearly imposed and is now evidenced with voice recording. What a lack of professionalism and a large mis-hap from the caller. This action “may” likely only affect the “caller” negatively moving forward, and there is no going back on that. I do not take such threats lightly, and I hope this review aids anyone whom may have had a similar experience to share their experience here on the review board. Thank you all for reading. As due diligence, my advisor has been made aware this. It just so happens that I have the luxury of working within the professional legal industry so am aware of my rights and when such rights may be in violation, as well as efficiently noting necessary proof of pertinent events for backing, if required. Ultimately, I do not recommend this Company based on my experiences as noted above. Also, as you “may” see, “many” reviews on this Company have been placed by those whom have a total of very few cumulative reviews (2 or fewer). This, to me, is not credible, hence I do not personally trust the legitimacy of such reviews. Go ahead and check the facts by seeing for yourself, and you may just feel the same way, hence “potentially” reducing your level of comfort and trust within this Company. Note: The Company has replied that there has been no interaction with the reviewer and to disregard. This, is INCORRECT. As noted above in my initial review, I have interacted with Adam over a phone call, and was NOT impressed. That still stands.
