This year, Catherine and Kathryn invited me to hang my artwork in their office gallery, The Worthy Room. During my reception, I noticed a little framed quote in the bathroom: "Supporting the Arts is our Passion, Real Estate is our Business" Catherine and Kathryn live this phrase in their actions each day. Creating a beautiful space to hang art, not taking a commission, throwing and graciously hosting a reception, and advertising my show (all meaningful financial gifts to artists) are just a few of the ways they’ve welcomed and supported me. Everyone I know who’s had them as realtors has glowing things to say: during the buying and/or selling process they felt safe, savvy, and supported. Not a good experience, unprepared and question their looking out for the best interest of the buyer

Catherine is an amazing example of what excelling at customer relations can look like! Catherine has been a true pleasure to have on our team as we navigated the relocation process from the mainland to the Island - from start to finish; learning about us and our wants/likes/dislikes and doing a diligent job in locating options that might best suit our personal interests, while avoiding showings that would not likely lead us to our desired forever home; to seeing us through the possession date with some lending of essential items to help us through as we waited for our appliances to arrive some days later. Catherine’s approach balanced professionalism while also being approachable and easy to be around. Good for a chuckle and up front about real issues that each potential purchase may involve. We’ve found our home now and won’t likely need to use Catherine’s services again but we will certainly recommend her to others!

What can I say about our experience with Catherine? It was a whirlwind to be sure! But she stuck with us, fighting for us until the sale was complete. She made sure that we covered everything. She was a trusted source of information and I’m glad to now consider her a friend. Also, the worthy cocktail is delicious!

I feel like 5 stars hardly is enough stars to convey how amazing Catherine and Kathryn are! It took us a few years to find the right place for us and once we did there was more than a few hurdles we needed to overcome to settle in our new home. Catherine and Kathryn never once made us feel rushed or pressured and they were always there for us through out. Their endless support and reassurances through out the process as well as some tough moments post purchase is something we will always be grateful for. Good realtors are incredibly hard to find and these two are the real deal! Kathryn and Catherine are the most attentive, patient realtors we have had the pleasure of working with. We began our journey 3 years earlier and never found what we were looking for and sometimes were not even clear ourselves what we were looking for. We made many trips from the mainland to the island to see properties and each time they were very happy to set up the visits and join us. Their knowledge of Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands is amazing and they were a wealth of information related to wells and septic systems and regulations that were things we had never dealt with before. I am pleased to write a glowing review for Catherine Worthy. I first started looking at Island real estate by signing up with Catherine's web tool. Catherine and I spoke and she knew I was just starting to look, I received concise information with very little pressure. As I started to hone in on what I wanted Catherine provided great feed back and exemplary service which, on more than one occasion, included trouncing through berry bushes with an iPhone to help us view a property. We ended up finding the property we wanted and Catherine's professional manner carried on throughout the entire process. In short, she was excellent.
