I am another Realtor that had the absolute pleasure of working a deal with Kristy! Any buyer or seller that gets the opportunity to work with her is very fortunate! She worked incredibly hard for her clients through out the whole transaction and I really hope I get to work with her again soon! You are a true professional Kristy!!

If I could give Kristy 100 stars I would. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with and an all around great person. Her communication, caring, support and hard work is un-matched. Thank you Kristy for making our home purchase seemless.

From our very first interaction, it became evident that Kristy was not just any realtor – she embodied professionalism coupled with a personal touch that made our home-buying experience seamless. Her profound knowledge and invaluable advice proved pivotal in our decision-making process. But what truly set her apart was her unwavering support even post-purchase, which is a testament to her dedication to her clients. If you're in search of a realtor who will stand by you like a trusted friend, Kristy is the one. Highly recommended!

Kristy and her team were absolutely amazing! My husband and I were looking for our first home and we met Kristy at an open house one day. We instantly connected and she helped us find the perfect place for us to call home. I’m the end, Kristy didn’t become just our realtor, but we also gained a new friend. If you are looking for a realtor who is looking out for your best interest and to find your perfect home, I highly recommend Kristy and her team

Kristy worked so hard for me and my wife in our search for a townhouse. She took her time to make sure each and every property was not only pet friendly but also make sure they could have two dogs and a fenced yard for our pups. The market ended up being to much to compete with our limited budget. But I will definitely go back to her once I'm back looking to buy a townhouse.

What can I say, Kristy, is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and made selling our house feel easy and comfortable! Kristy was available for all my calls and texts at anytime to help put my stressing at ease, which, I think, might be considered a hard job! Highly recommend Kristy!!!

Our experience working with Kristy was nothing short of amazing!! She is professional, knowledgeable and so supportive and genuine that it made a normally stressful experience fun and exciting!! We have sold/purchased a handful of times but this was far the best experience we have ever had! We would HIGHLY recommend Kristy Savenkoff and the Motive Marketing Group!
