Brent is an extremely friendly guy who is always willing to answer our questions. Our case was a little difficult because we still didn't have a Canadian Permanent Residence Visa and that's why we were unable to buy the house he showed us 6 months ago. But we kept in touch while we waited to receive the Permanent Visa. However, unexpectedly he sent me a message last month stating that the Broker Chris Jung, another professional who I became a fan, found a solution for us to buy the house even without PR and without paying the extra 20% foreign tax. We were very excited to hear that. A few days later we met, visited a beautiful house, made the offer and then everything went fast.
