Walking distance to Blue Mountain Village and a short walk to the south chair at Blue Mountain. Short drive to other area ski hills, as well as Collingwood, Thornbury and Blue Mountain for dining and entertainment. For summer rentals tenant will have access to recreation center with outdoor pool and tennis courts.
