To be considered for a Grand Ovation Award, winners must demonstrate construction and design excellence, commitment to business, involvement in the industry and GVHBA, and community service where possibleensuring consumer confidence the GVHBA Ovation Award winners are the best of the best.
"This year's winner for Best Custom Home Under $750,000 category, won by Frits de Vries for "Dunbar Laneway House" is just one example of how our GVHBA award-winning builders and renovators are helping to shape Metro Vancouver's changing housing landscape," said GVHBA Chief Executive Officer Bob de Wit.
