Large-scale master-planned Chilliwack community to offer townhouses and single-family homes close to stunning nature and great amenities

Chilliwack is a growing city in the country. Its urban areas are surrounded by wide open farmland, and rimmed with mountains. Numerous lakes, parks, walking and bike trails and other amenities are close at hand.

With prices starting at approximately $400,000 for the townhomes (ranging from 1,450 to 1,750 square feet), and $620,000 for single-family homes (ranging from 2,700 to 3,200 square feet), these residences won’t last long. MidTown’s sales centre, will be located at 8416 Mid Town Way, Chilliwack, and is expected to open June 1, 2017. Occupancy begins in August 2017.
