Tridel is proposing to develop a portion of the subject lands with a 13-storey mixed-use building, comprised of 319 residential units with retail space on the ground-floor fronting Bloor Street West. The largely terraced building is designed to frame Bloor Street West, with active ground-floor uses completing and contributing to a vibrant streetscape.
