Waterford

As part of the Waterbridge MASP, approved in Feb 2014, Waterford is located in the Southwest quadrant of the City of Chestermere limits. The Outline Plan for Waterford was approved in September 2018 and the development will comprise of a large commercial village centre, Catholic School site, various house products, and a large water feature within the village centre. In addition to an already established residential community, Paradise Meadows, this plan is connected to 2 future developments with plans for commercial, schools and parks. Waterford’s vision is to create a unified, well-connected, complete community that embraces and celebrates natural water features to create great spaces for residents and visitors alike.
