About Jennifer

I have had an interesting and varied professional career. I am an expert negotiator, a skill I acquired over the 15 years I liaised between management and union for a large Toronto corporation. I followed that career with one in sales where I successfully built and managed my own home decor/accessory business. These experiences provided me with the confidence to pursue a career in Real Estate which enabled me to utilize the experience and knowledge gained from past endeavours to assist clients with various aspects of their real estate needs including, but not limited to, creatively staging their homes to present them in their best possible light before initializing the listing process.

The most important aspect of my persona is the enjoyment I drive from working with people. I have been told that I have exceptional interpersonal skills. My objective is always to listen and identify my client's needs, to assist them in achieving their goals and to educate them on the overall process. I am a firm believer that the buying and selling process should be fun and exciting and I strive to achieve this throughout all the stages of the transaction. I take pride in my work and strongly believe that honesty, integrity and a sound knowledge of the real estate market is key to working and building strong relationships with my clients.

I love my career in real estate as evidence by the tremendous success that I have enjoyed in my career. I have won several awards, as outlined below, and have been proud to say that I have been in the top 1% of sales in the Greater Toronto area with Remax Condos Plus from 2009-2012 and most recently with the Real Estate Centre Team in the top 1% in Royal LePage across Canada 2013-2017.

I used Jennifer as my realtor 10 years ago when I bought my first home. She was so helpful through my first purchase that I decided to use her to sell and upgrade. The whole process has been wonderful. She provided me with a booklet with all of the services that she would be providing and it included a list of contacts for different things that might be needed (painters, lawyers, etc). I have used a couple of these contacts and they have all been great to work with. She is very organized and detail oriented. I credit her for being able to sell my condo in this tough market where others are sitting for months unsold. She gave me great advice on what needed to be done before listing. Her staging of the unit was beautiful. I know if I have any questions about the process, Jennifer has vast knowledge and answers with confidence.
