We are so happy that we sold our house and found a new one thru Katrina & The Team. Both Katrina and Sam are very professional and helpful right from the get go. They took care of us as we muddled thru the idea of selling or not. They were very patient with all our questions and follow-up questions. They listen very well to what our goals and our wants for our new house. It is amazing how they give you complete service from staging to open house to completing the sale, from all the open houses that we went to until we finally found a suitable home, the offers and ultimately our new home. The network of services that they provide for the move out and move in activities are likewise commendable. They partnered with the right kind of people/business who provided us with an equally professional service until the last box, piece of furniture and plant was in our new house. We are impressed that they partnered local businesses. The helpful list and reminders of what during t do ad expect during the staging and moving day, updates on the markets and not to mention the well thought 'survival kit' box on move in day. The list goes on... everything is positive. I would and have recommended them to friends.

You really don't have to worry about anything during the whole moving process. Every detail is taken care of, from boxes to movers and the house warming catering! They spoil their customers. Rose recently helped sell our unit during one of the most difficult times with interest rates rising and homes selling for less than asking price. She helped us get sold at a good price! Her information, strategy and knowledge of the constant changing house market was very impressive. Rose was with us step by step until we made a sale. Very happy with everything Rose has done for us Monica helped us buy a place with 100% confidence. Loved her enthusiasm and passion. Team is definitely professional, quick, friendly however we incurred huge loss in this entire transaction of selling & buying even after hiring experienced and trusted team. Selling representative Dal Sandhu was unable to get us the promised price even on the conservative side. He definitely need to work on his conservative prices which he is promising to his clients. He need to learn to change strategies as per the time requirement as well as need to treat each client fairly. When this was advised to Katrina unfortunately she still feels her team did their best and that their is no scope of improvement from her team's end. I lost money so I am giving 1 star as it's a huge loss for me & my family. It will take years to overcome it. Please be aware that they don't take any responsibility of your loss.

I would like to boast Realtor Monica MacLeod for a impeccable service rendered she provided. Monica took time to explain the documents, she made sure I understand everything. Katrina and team’s associate Magelyn worked on seller’s side for our recent buy. She has not been helpful throughout the whole experience. For any request we came up with, her answer has been plain NO without any rationale. Recently, after final inspection, we asked her for 6-8 hours of permission inside house to paint ourselves but she denied right away un-courteously. At inspection too, we were booked for 1 hour time but she rushed us to get it done in 15 min as she had another appointment to attend to! She scheduled another appointment during the one she already has which is unethical. There had been more such occasion during finalisation of contract while buying. Hence, overall experience has been bad.

Adrianne is very helpful in finding our home, answer all the questions we asked, we feel very comfortable with him, feels like he is a member of our family that gives his best to help. If God will give us another opportunity to buy again we will definitely ask for Adrianne to help us. Thank you so much Katrina & The Team especially to Adrianne.
