I am one of the founders and leaders of the team. As a licensed REALTOR®, I meet with new and past clients to discuss their needs and provide professional consultations. I am also the listing specialist for our team and manage real estate and business compliance issues.
I am married to my bestfriend and business partner, Neil Bellosillo. We appreciate spending quality time together with our children: Leianna, Bea & Isaac. We enjoy trying different cuisines and travelling to recharge from our busy...

I am married to my bestfriend and business partner, Neil Bellosillo. We appreciate spending quality time together with our children: Leianna, Bea & Isaac. We enjoy trying different cuisines and travelling to recharge from our busy schedules. I strive to live my life with purpose beyond my self, therefore, I also make sure that I am highly involved in my community. Every home we sell is a Miracle Home, supporting the Children’s Miracle Network while our client events contribute to the Surrey Food Bank. I also proudly support the St. Matthew’s Parish community in Fleetwood, Surrey, BC.

It is my desire to always improve and be the best that I can be for the people around me. I am very committed in what I believe in – to always be my best and give my best in everything that I do. By doing so, I can be a light onto others and ultimately honor God.

I chose katrina and The team after I interviewed other Realtors. Katrina made feel at home and what the Team offered was exactly what I needed. The plan was to put the house on the market at the end of February 2023. With all the boxes that were provided, I finished decluttering earlier then anticipated the second week of January. Staging was done on January 18, house went live the next day, January 19. Request for viewing were coming fast, and after a successful open house on January 22, we received 4 offers. Katrina worked hard for us to get the best offer possible even after we were willing to settle for less. We let her make the decision and on January 24, we accepted an offer. Moving to BC from SK in 2012 was so stressful, especially when your partner is at the other end. I told myself that I needed more support, as I was in the same boat as last time. Contacted Katrina and The Team in November 2022, had my decluttering done after New years, staging was finished on January 18. the next day on January 19 the house was listed and we had 5 viewing set up over 2 days. On January 22, we had an open house which brought 4 offers and we accepted an offer on January 24.
