I have been involved in selling real estate on Bowen Island for over 15 years, initially with on-island developers and am a licenced REALTOR® with Kiwi Innovation Realty Inc., an independent brokerage owned and operated on Bowen. I have been fully involved in the community as an advocate for more diversity of housing on the Island, a former Chair of the Bowen Island Chamber of Commerce, a former Municipal Councillor, and I am currently the President of the Bowen Island Health Centre Foundation, spearheading a $7.5 million project to build and open a health centre of Bowen Island early in 2023. I am very both wide and indepth knowledgeable about the island, the community, and the market, and regularly provide real estate reports to the local newspaper.
