We sold our home in 5 days at the highest price ever for our street an got over asking. • Dave is very experienced and communicates the details of the sales process in a friendly reassuring manor that makes the whole experience fun. • Team Elfassy utilizes all the latest technology to reach a broad market and show our property well. He employes high-end state of the art tools such as a custom website, text sites, drone footage, text photos, QR codes, HD videos, 3D virtual tours, doll house tours and robust high grade thick brochures. • I was concerned that the outcome of the US elections would set a negative tone that may impede an emotional buy so I pressed for a immediate go to market strategy. David and his team made that happen. • All of the vendors that David referred were top notch friendly people. The painters, carpet cleaners, deep cleaners and our incredible stager Faranac were all head and shoulders above their competitors.
