Melissa Bergmann has been by far the best agent we ever worked with. She was punctual and always greeted us with a smile. She is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help. I contacted Sean and his team for advice regarding the sale of property after inquiring extensively in the market and speaking with a number of agents. Right from the get go, Sean was very professional and set realistic expectations with regards to the transaction. They also had the best value proposition thus far in terms of their offering. I initially reached out to Team Elfassy to see if they would be a good fit to sell my property. When Dave Elfassy replied back with an in-depth consultation video about my property I right away knew that they stood out from the rest! I was then put in touch with James Frodyma, who came on-site and gave his honest opinion about the property, market conditions, when to list or hold until later and of course what should be done to make the listing show its best. Luckily we were able to get the property ready to list about 1 week later and their stager Erin came in to make the unit perfect. They then had photos/videos/3d walkthrough/drone footage completed of the property before creating their own personal website for the property. The staging team did a fantastic job staging our home and then we met with Melissa, who suggested we set an open house and offer date.
