Not being familiar with the Richmond market and needing to find a realtor to sell my grandmother’s house, we did our research and reached out to Anita and Austin. Being that we were beginning the process just as COVID-19 shut everything down, we were worried about how the process would be. From the first contact with Anita, we were put at ease. Through the use of Phone calls, Text Messaging and E-mail, we were able to coordinate and get the house ready for sale. Though the use of a lock box, we didn’t even have to meet to give them keys. After visiting the property, Anita and Austin gave us great advice and tips on getting the house ready to put on the market and within a day of us saying we were ready, Anita and Austin had the listing up and showings booked. Based on the professional advice given to us by Anita and Austin, we were able to sell the house within the week, at a price higher than asking, in a market where nothing was moving, during a pandemic. Anita and Austin proved to be excellent communicators, extremely knowledgeable of the local real estate market, and very easy to work with. Anita and Austin were attentive, extremely responsive, and highly professional. I would highly recommend working with Anita and Austin. Anita handled the sale of our townhouse on Glendower Drive earlier in the year and she has been impressive from the moment we met her all the way through to the completion of the sale. We recall how well-armed she was right from the get go with meticulously prepared and bound documents for us when other realtors we approached only had some loose prints.
