Re: My comment for Mr.. Austin Kay who has sold our home . My case of selling our home has had some conditions other than price to sell the home. In common as normal way of buy and sell the house, owner /seller of the home must vacate the house at the time of receiving the money from buyer. But I don't want vacate the house because of our family's moving from Canada and fly back to our native country was fixed. We didn't want to move to hotel or rent a another house until the date of living Vancouver. So our main subject was receiving the whole money one month before we would left Canada, but we might continue to live in the house sold. And the price to sell must have more than the listed price. He could find a buyer who had accepted this condition within 2 weeks. I was so appreciated his effort to find the buyer. So I didn't make any counter offer and accepted the price they had offered. Now we are enjoying new life in this new country. A money sold the house made our life brighter because that the price sold was 3 times of it when had I purchased the house 12 years ago. At 12 years ago, I also had sold another house in Richmond and had purchased the house where we have been lived by this June. At that time, market of selling a house was not easy. I had put in the market almost 8 month using another real estate agent. This agent had used to come to see me and asking cut down a listed price to sell. So I enforced to reduce the price 2 times. But he couldn't sell it even 8 months pasted. Then I decided to change real estate agent to Austin Kay. He could sell it my original price which was before the reduce price within 1 week.
