Nik was a rock and a great person to have on our team for our 8 month search. He was quick to present and negotiate offers, and was always there to support when the rejection came. We truly would not have been able to continue our search if we were with any other realtor. He instilled hope that we’d find something and made every showing weekend a blast. We looked forward to having a weekly interaction with him at showings. He has built great relationships in the real estate community and introduced us to a wonderful lawyer, mortgage broker and inspector. As we sit here in our first-time home buying purchase writing this review, we are forever grateful for the connection with Nik.
