There’s top realtors on one side. And then there’s Sepy. Sepy is fast. Lightning fast! The real estate market was going down due to recession and interest rate hikes. Basically, it was a buyer’s market. We engaged Sepy to sell our condo in a difficult market. As soon as we were listed, Sepy booked a few appointments. On day 1, she started showing our unit around noon and by the evening, she had a confirmed offer. And by night, we had signed the contract! I had received feedback that she was good, but wasn’t aware that she was so good! Sepy sets expectations with her clients, and is very transparent. She also provides feedback on how to stage the home for better presentation. She has plan A, B, and C lined up for her clients so we always know what the roadmap is.
