If you’re looking to buy a house, I couldn’t recommend anyone more than Russell Dudar. The guy goes above and beyond with any sort of needs you might have. Travels all over the province to help with things in person. My fiancè and I have used Russell for the past 5 months while we searched for our new home in the Okanogan. Viewed a dozen homes, made offers on a few which didn’t turn out mostly because they had issues. Russell was nice enough to give us his honest opinion on backing out until we found the perfect home for our family. His patience and integrity while dealing with absolutely everything (he’s a one stop shop when it comes to the entire process) was very refreshing and made our experience that much better.
