Mariko and Radner are the best at what they do, bar none. This is our second time selling and buying with the Bridgewell Group who helped turned our dream of owning a detached home in greater Vancouver into a reality. After working with several realtors, we decided to try Mariko and Radner to assist us with our first time home buying journey, after stumbling upon one of their great vlogs online. Turns out it was one of the best decisions we made! From start to finish, the service provided exceeded our expectations and we were pleasantly surprised throughout. One of the unique features they offer is the absolute teamwork - while most realtors work alone, the Bridgewell Group is extremely coordinated - when Mariko is busy, Radner addressed our inquiries and vice versa, resulting in quick and informative response. Bridgewell is simply the best real estate team I've ever dealt with. They’ve helped me buy my condo a couple of years ago and now they’ve just helped me sell it for a great price. My experience with them has been nothing but superb. It’s insane how they work fast and efficiently. I mean, they helped me sell my condo WITHIN A WEEK from listing it and for thousands of dollars OVER MY ASKING PRICE! And that was only possible because they fought super hard for every last buyer to attend the showings and even squeezed a better offer out of the already highest offer after all offers came in. They helped me stage my place, got me a professional photographer taking 360 degree shots of it for a 3d showing, got a guy to re-measure my unit to see if the square footage was actually higher than the official docs say, did great marketing for my condo, and even paid for my place to be cleaned out before I move. It was a lightning-fast process and super smoothly. They are pros and their market knowledge is unparalleled, I’d trust them with any real estate goals I have. When buying my condo, they made sure I found the perfect place I was looking for and helped me with the bidding strategy to get it without breaking the bank. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Mariko, Radner, and Kiyomi were so helpful and answered our never-ending questions with super detailed responses and in such a way that we never felt like we were being annoying (which I really appreciated, because I'm sure it was annoying!). As a first time home buyer, I was interested in a presale but was afraid to step in. I reached out to Mariko last-minute, she made herself available right-away and guided me throughout the process.
