Our relationship with Forrest and Jon began almost a year ago when we decided to get some insight into the current Vancouver real estate market and make a plan for our home and future. Jon was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He made the entire selling and buying experience a breeze. Jon's team made the sale of our townhouse seem almost too easy - the sale occurred in only 10 days, even in a slow market. Eight property purchases and six property sales over the past three decades qualifies anyone to speak with some knowledge and experience as a seller and buyer in the area of home real estate and investment real estate. Everyone wants the best price for the sale of their home and the best value for their purchase. I cannot put enough emphasis on one of the most critical and important decisions you will make and that is selecting a realtor to present your property for sale and/or the purchase of a home or investment property. I don't take recommendations lightly and I rarely give them freely. However, Forrest is the exception to the rule. His keen intuition, expertise, knowledge, experience and intellect in all matters pertaining to his business are exceptional; notwithstanding his admirable approach regarding his research techniques to calculate the true value of a property for sale. Forrest's business acumen means he will make the entire process feel effortless on your behalf (his follow-up is simply beyond one's expectations on every minor and major detail ) and you will feel confident in your decisions knowing you are in the trustworthy hands of a true champion of his profession. Not 'hearing' from Forrest always means he is problem-solving (something I learned to trust over time) plus, he always and only calls with solutions and good news. Forrest handled two separate home purchases and a property sale for myself and a family member. The sale was highly successful and I cannot emphasize enough the appreciation we have for his polished professional demeanor, insight, dedication and the quality of his person. I've hired pro's in the past, but Forrest is this generations savviest realtor. If you want top dollar for the sale of your property and great value for your purchase, you would be foolish to hire anyone other than Forrest Missar.
