I was planning to buy a place but some unexpected business wen't down and my budget (and requirements) were drastically changed. Phil understood my situation and worked hard to find places that would meet my very restricted list of requirements (inside a small budget). With time, not only Phil's vision of what would be my perfect place for me improved but also, his direction and relationship with me AND my vision of what I wanted. That facilitate the decision process regarding places, areas and which directions to focus. Not long after that, we found a place and we closed my very 1st home. I have to say that I do not normally give full five-star ratings, in fact I do not provide reviews very often at all but in this case the five-star rating is very well deserved. It was a pleasure working with Phil and I do highly recommend him to assist with any real estate needs. He was professional, diligent, on task, on time and very flexible. He is very customer focused in a genuine manner.

Phil did an outstanding job and sold our home within one week. At the beginning of the process, he worked with us to set price expectations, gather all required documents, and set targets for the eventual negotiation. His team arranged for photos and staging around our schedule, which was very helpful. The photos and marketing package were flawless and were helpful in attracting prospective buyers to view our property. As we were out of the country when our property went to market, he was very responsive to our emails, calls, and texts. Before the open house, there were several parties interested in viewing the property and he worked with us and the prospective buyers to determine visit schedules, and he provided prompt feedback from each viewing. The open house had about 15 visits and he provided detailed feedback. At the offer stage, he provided parameters for negotiation, allowing us to make the final decision, without any pressure to settle. He attended the buyer's inspection and provided a report following the visit with details, as well as advice regarding issues we may or may not want to address. We are moving out of the country and he has gone out of his way to assist us. And due to his excellent service, the entire experience has been less stressful than we expected.
