We had such a fun time working with Phil. He managed to keep us laughing even when we were stressed out by all of the house hunting and negotiating. When things grew challenging, Phil helped us navigate through any issues that arose. He clearly knows the Kitsilano neighbourhood and we always felt that we were in the best hands possible.

Phil really went above and beyond our expectations in helping us purchase our first home. We went into the process without a realtor but began to realize that there were things we might be missing by being on our own. After connecting with Phil we found out right away that yes indeed we were missing out. He provided exemplary service and helped us every step of the way. He was able to discover that there might be issues with the building permits in our desired property and because of his tireless work we were able to include subjects about the permits in our offer and were able to find out more details which has provided us with piece of mind that we never would have had were we on our own, or even with a different realtor. He was able to keep us calm and provided incredibly useful insight in the final hours of a tense counter and re-counter process with a rival bidder. We couldn't be happier with his service and would without a doubt recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

We were so fortunate to have Phil help us buy our first home! As a first time homebuyer the process can be daunting and ambiguous. From the outset, he provided excellent advice that allowed us to secure the home that truly piqued our interest. Once our offer was accepted, he was with us every step of the way (and in fact leading every step of the way!) proactively connecting us with true professionals for our inspection, with tradespeople and with our excellent notary. His coordination with the seller's realtor and the other professionals involved with the transaction made the process so smooth that, at times, we had almost forgotten that we had just made such a big decision! We are now moved into a home that we couldn't be happier with, and relieved that we had the help of someone who made the process so smooth and stress-free. As first time homebuyers, the thought of purchasing in Kitsilano, Vancouver felt overwhelming and quite daunting. We did our research and engaged Phil Reigh to help us purchase our first home. Phil was amazing all along the process! After almost a year of unsuccessful house searching and different realtors, Phil was recommended to my girlfriend and I. We first had the pleasure of working with Phil Reigh in 2017, when we were looking to purchase a condo for our daughter. It was a very challenging market to say the least, with multiple offers over asking on every unit we liked. Phil was amazing with navigating us through this process and as we were living in Victoria at the time, managed to organize back-to-back viewings for several condos in time for us to get back to the island. His negotiating skills were second to none, as was his keen intuition that things were not quite as presented on 2 units we were seriously considering. Thankfully his instincts about them were well founded and he was able to steer us clear in time! He was relentless in his quest to not only find the right place at a reasonable price, but was also very protective of us, ensuring we didn't fall into the same trap that so many others did by overpaying and are now living to regret getting caught up in the market frenzy at that time. It goes without saying that when we decided in late 2017 to sell and move back to the mainland, we would of course contact Phil once again and he immediately made it his mission to find us the perfect home! In early 2018 after looking at several re-sale homes and being pretty underwhelmed, Phil took us through a show home in the new Pacific Heights project in South Surrey, where only 2 lots remained. While we had not even considered building again, the thought of everything new and adding our own touches was pretty hard to resist. Phil then took us over to see the sales rep on site to explore our options and a very short time later, the papers were signed...The sales rep confided in me at a later date that he had another party ready to purchase, but was so impressed by Phil's professionalism and integrity, that all things considered equal, he decided to accept our offer...high praise from another sales professional! Over the next 6 months, we had the thrill of watching our new home come to life. Phil was with us throughout the entire process, answering questions and searching out information on the neighbourhood, etc. He was present for our orientation walk through before taking possession and his keen eye caught several little flaws that we had completely missed! It was such a great pleasure to work with Phil. His professionalism, integrity, negotiating skills, great instincts and wonderful demeanor were so evident throughout the entire process and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a consummate professional to handle all their real estate needs. While my husband and I were travelling, the tenants of our rental condo gave notice that they were moving out of province. Motivated now to sell, we phoned our Realtor, Phil Reigh. He took care of the move-out cleaning, hired a staging company, presented us with comparable listings/solds in the area and listed within 2 weeks. He then created the marketing brochures and scheduled an open house. Just prior to the open house, Philip had 3 requests for showings. That night, he was able to negotiate a full asking, no subject deal, with a very quick closing. A Seller’s Dream! The contract was signed, the Open house was cancelled, the staging removed and everybody walked away happy! Many thanks to Phil for an amazing job done – he went over and above!

I was planning to buy a place but some unexpected business wen't down and my budget (and requirements) were drastically changed. Phil understood my situation and worked hard to find places that would meet my very restricted list of requirements (inside a small budget). With time, not only Phil's vision of what would be my perfect place for me improved but also, his direction and relationship with me AND my vision of what I wanted. That facilitate the decision process regarding places, areas and which directions to focus. Not long after that, we found a place and we closed my very 1st home. Phil could not have been a better Realtor for us! Through covid times, a really vastly changing market, and moving from multiple locations some definitely not in the areas we defined at the start, he remained incredibly professional, pro-active, positive and with around the clock work and service to make sure not only we got a house that was right, but somewhere that was value for money and not something we were just indulging in with a desperate housing market. I have to say that I do not normally give full five-star ratings, in fact I do not provide reviews very often at all but in this case the five-star rating is very well deserved. It was a pleasure working with Phil and I do highly recommend him to assist with any real estate needs. He was professional, diligent, on task, on time and very flexible. He is very customer focused in a genuine manner.

Phil did an outstanding job and sold our home within one week. At the beginning of the process, he worked with us to set price expectations, gather all required documents, and set targets for the eventual negotiation. His team arranged for photos and staging around our schedule, which was very helpful. The photos and marketing package were flawless and were helpful in attracting prospective buyers to view our property. As we were out of the country when our property went to market, he was very responsive to our emails, calls, and texts. Before the open house, there were several parties interested in viewing the property and he worked with us and the prospective buyers to determine visit schedules, and he provided prompt feedback from each viewing. The open house had about 15 visits and he provided detailed feedback. At the offer stage, he provided parameters for negotiation, allowing us to make the final decision, without any pressure to settle. He attended the buyer's inspection and provided a report following the visit with details, as well as advice regarding issues we may or may not want to address. We are moving out of the country and he has gone out of his way to assist us. And due to his excellent service, the entire experience has been less stressful than we expected.
