Whether you are a first time buyer or an investor, Phil will collaborate with you at whatever level you require. He is proactive, sending new listings on a regular basis. On top of being committed to finding the best property for you, no matter what your budget - he is genius at breaking the process down to make it less daunting. He has a keen understanding of the market and the requirements to buy or sell a property. This includes reviewing and explaining complex documents to make them more easily understandable for the client. On top of being very good at what he does, he is a genuinely kind and caring individual. I can’t speak highly enough of him.

He helped us understand the motivations of everyone involved, and helped us navigate many challenges like offer negotiations, the steps that follow putting forth an offer, and the additional steps that come when (fingers crossed) your offer is accepted.
