He went out of the way during holidays to get my bank draft and offered to get the keys during closing as the day coincided with my travel plans. We first had the pleasure of working with Phil Reigh in 2017, when we were looking to purchase a condo for our daughter. It was a very challenging market to say the least, with multiple offers over asking on every unit we liked. Phil was amazing with navigating us through this process and as we were living in Victoria at the time, managed to organize back-to-back viewings for several condos in time for us to get back to the island. His negotiating skills were second to none, as was his keen intuition that things were not quite as presented on 2 units we were seriously considering. Phil did an outstanding job and sold our home within one week. At the beginning of the process, he worked with us to set price expectations, gather all required documents, and set targets for the eventual negotiation. His team arranged for photos and staging around our schedule, which was very helpful. The photos and marketing package were flawless and were helpful in attracting prospective buyers to view our property. As we were out of the country when our property went to market, he was very responsive to our emails, calls, and texts. Before the open house, there were several parties interested in viewing the property and he worked with us and the prospective buyers to determine visit schedules, and he provided prompt feedback from each viewing. At the offer stage, he provided parameters for negotiation, allowing us to make the final decision, without any pressure to settle.
