We count ourselves very fortunate to have met Thomas on a Saturday morning in late October at a place he was showing in East Vancouver. We hadn't yet officially started working with a realtor but after meeting Thomas we immediately knew he was the right person to help us find a place we could call our own. As a first time home buyer, I valued Thomas' advice and market insight. I knew very little, and even ended up buying in an area I hadn't considered due to his suggestions. He presented me with several options, old and new ,in my price range and basically did all my homework for me. I chose to buy a pre-sale home, so we have been working together for over 2 years.
