My wife and I have watched far too many property shows on HGTV, so that, along with a keen interest in architecture, design and renovating has blossomed into a career. I have been in sales for more than 25 years, and during this time have bought, renovated and sold many properties. Hands on experience, and a comfortable sales style means that for me real estate is a natural fit.

I LOVE to envision what a "tired" home can become (Mid-century modern is our favorite) but I also admire the many creative ideas and modern technology found in much of the new construction.

When it comes to the actual process of buying and selling I simply ask myself "what would I expect if I was the buyer or seller?" Then I make sure to provide exactly that. Honesty, integrity. trust, confidentiality are paramount to me. If they are to you as well we'll get along just fine.

With over 30 years in customer sales and service I can do for you what I have done for hundreds of others ... negotiate excellent pricing, and get the job done. Working extensively with strata's in my own flooring business means ensuring dozens (and sometimes even hundreds) of persons are happy with a single contract. This fits very well with the professional, ethical service I provide to home buyers and sellers.
