My wife and I have watched far too many property shows on HGTV, so that, along with a keen interest in architecture, design and renovating has blossomed into a career. I have been in sales for more than 25 years, and during this time have bought, renovated and sold many properties. Hands on experience, and a comfortable sales style means that for me real estate is a natural fit.

I LOVE to envision what a "tired" home can become (Mid-century modern is our favorite) but I also admire the many creative ideas and modern technology found in much of the new construction.

When it comes to the actual process of buying and selling I simply ask myself "what would I expect if I was the buyer or seller?" Then I make sure to provide exactly that. Honesty, integrity. trust, confidentiality are paramount to me. If they are to you as well we'll get along just fine.

With over 30 years in customer sales and service I can do for you what I have done for hundreds of others ... negotiate excellent pricing, and get the job done. Working extensively with strata's in my own flooring business means ensuring dozens (and sometimes even hundreds) of persons are happy with a single contract. This fits very well with the professional, ethical service I provide to home buyers and sellers.
We may not live close enough to be considered neighbours, but I'll treat you as if we are.

I had to sell a house on behalf of a distant relative. With no prior experience, I needed guidance from an experienced professional. Greg met that need in spades. The things that particularly impressed me included the following: 1. Living in the community, he is intimately familiar with the ebb and flow of the market. That encompasses timing for selling, to introduce the property at the right time. The middle of winter may not necessarily draw the highest number of potential buyers. 2. Pricing the product. “If it's priced right, it'll sell!” There was no need to advertise “new price” which suggests the vendor has been dreaming, or “motivated seller” which implies a sense of panic. 3. Preparation for sale. What is important to do, what is not, both inside and outside the home. 4. Staging. Kathy did the staging, needed because the insides of the home were too cluttered. And Kathy has that artistic eye for getting it “just right.” The property sold quickly with no negative surprises. I would recommend Greg, a consummate professional, without reservation.

You can always tell a good realtor by their attentiveness and quick response. Greg has both these qualities and more. Our experience with him was excellent. We made our move from Ontario to South Surrey BC without physically seeing our purchase and our friends thought we were crazy....but a great realtor makes you feel like distance isn't a factor. Once we communicated our expectations and limitations with Greg, he did all the leg work for us and took video's of potential hot spots and really analyzed the homes as if he was purchasing them for himself. Because we were constricted in time, he moved quickly trying to find the right location and home that fit our needs. Greg was right there ….making us feel comfortable with our house hunting and eventual purchase With his quick response and attentiveness we didn't feel like we were missing a thing, especially having never left Ontario So... would recommend Greg Finlay?
