We worked with Jas on finding us a townhouse in South Surrey this past month. The market was hot and w covid19 restrictions the process was difficult. He was extremely responsive, very easy to get a hold of and always available for us regardless of time or date. Jas' follow up is great and timely, we always knew where we were at in regards to any home we were interested in. Jas found us a property and accompanied us to view it the same day we started working with him. It was what we were looking for and within our budget. He helped through the process and added his insight and expertise to help us make our decision without ever being insistant or pushy. The decision to buy was always ours and if we had wanted another place he was happy to move on from this particular listing. We closed on a property and he was very effective in negotiating for us.
