About Elaine
Elaine is a full-time professional REALTOR®. More than anything, she is passionate about helping people find their dream home. She holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. Whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor, Elaine will get you where you want to be.
She graduated with Honours from the Business Management Program at the University of Toronto and since then, she has accrued more than a decade of experience in sales, financial services, and direct marketing. She has perfected her marketing and negotiation skills and her business acumen will ensure that you have a solid advantage going into any real estate venture. Born and raised in Toronto, she now calls Vancouver home.
Elaine puts her focus on the customer first and foremost, uncompromising in her devotion to your satisfaction. She has been described by many clients as fierce, driven, passionate, intuitive, sincere, hard-working, and supportive. She takes the time to develop a firm grasp of what her clients need in order to build long-term relationships.
A big part of Elaine’s identity comes from the fact that she serves her community. She was a Big Sister to a bright and spunky ten-year-old girl through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto and they remain friends to this day. She is an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, pitching in to build houses for local families in need in Toronto, Vancouver and overseas in Chiang Mai, Thailand. These have been some of the most uplifting experiences of her life and something that she hopes to do again soon. She also supports the Children’s Miracle Network and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, donating a portion of her commission on each one of her home sales to these charities. She believes that we all need to do our part if we want to improve the communities in which we live.
When she’s not working, she loves to go hiking, kayaking, exploring different neighbourhoods, taking in different events around the city and dining out. She has several chef friends and she is always happy to share restaurant recommendations and would love to hear about your favourite spots in and around Vancouver. If you see her on the street, stop and say “Hello!”
